All prices are effective with all settings and appointments scheduled after 7/17/07 Some helpful definitions: Printed proofing sheets:  Printed proof images, 8 on a sheet.  No digital enhancements or touchups. Event proofs:  4x6 printed images with no digital enhancements. Photopainting:  Photographic image with Kelley's signature digital enhancements applied.  This  includes watercolor portraits, selective tinting, fine art black and whites.  All these images are custom printed on watercolor paper and individually hand signed by the artist. Photopainting proof:  A 4x6 of one of your setting proofs with creative digital enhancements applied. Photographic Enlargement:  Images in sizes 5x7 or larger without any digital enhancements Digital Copyright Released CD:  Copyright released CD with proof images in 4x6 sizes.  With this CD you can take the images to your favorite photo printer and have multiple prints made and use within your own digital albums.  Photopaintings are NOT included on a digital CD.  Only proof images. Artboard mounting:  This is when your printed image is mounted on artboard to provide stability to your image and help reduce creasing and bending accidents.  ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Portrait Setting Fees (This includes bridal, children, family, engagement, business and political) $200 for up to 5 people.  This fee must be paid when you book your setting to secure your date. Your fee covers: A $75 dollar merchandise credit Kelley's time (up to 2 hours) and consultation for a photography session in your home or on location . And also allows for 1 clothing change. This fee also covers one copy of a custom DVD of your proof images set to music.  Your proofs will be available within 2 weeks in an on-line gallery that is easy to share with friends and family. Any portrait settings outside the Limestone, Morgan, Madison or Lauderdale County area will require a mileage fee.  Any portrait settings that require overnight travel will require travel expense fees. If you request additional printed proofing sheets there is an additional $25 charge. Additional DVDs may be purchased at the time you place your first order for $30 each.  They make lovely gifts for friends and family. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________   Event Photography (This includes weddings, business, family, political and births) $150 per hour $1000 per day up to 10 hours $2000 for two days up to 10 hours per day With these fees you will receive Kelley's time, consultation access to online proofs where you can select up to 50 event proofs per hour OR 250 or one day OR 500 for two days to be printed OR A digital CD of those images. Kelley will also provide 2 photopainting proofs per hour OR 5 photopainting proofs for one day or 10 photopainting proofs for two days. Within 30 days of event, no refund of deposit available. Please be advised that Kelley only books one large event, such as a wedding, per month.  This is so that Kelley can provide your images with the individual time they deserve. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Individual Digital touchups on Photographic Enlargements or Digital CDs:  For example, a facial blemish, chapped lips, stray hair in the face, etc. $25 per image __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weather delays: Because Kelley's work is primarily on location outdoors, rainouts and weather related incidents such as wind and excessive heat or cold can be an issue.  If the weather is an issue during your setting time, we will reschedule at the next available time that is convenient to the client. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Cancellations policies: If Kelley must cancel to to sickness, deaths, or extreme emergencies, clients will be offered a 100% refund on setting fees.  So far this has not happened, but you  never know. If a client must cancel due to sickness, death or extreme emergencies, your setting may be rescheduled one time at no charge as long as we have 24 hour notice. If a client cancels more than once there will be a $25 rescheduling fee. Please be advised, Kelley does not consider ball schedules, vacations and work schedule changes to be extreme emergencies.  __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Referral Bonus! If you refer Kelley to a friend or relative, you are eligible for a $25 discount at your next setting. To qualify, the potential client must turn in a "Photopaintings" business card with your name on the back to Kelley at the time of their setting.  ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Promotional Policies: Occasionally Kelley holds promotional events such as events for Easter and Christmas. These events require a deposit upfront to secure your setting time.  Cancellations policies apply to these events as well. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Sporting Event Coverage Setting Fee:$200 For this fee, you will receive: 2 hours focused on either 1 player or one team and up to 50 printed 4x6 sports images.
